Prices and payment
Goddess Blanket accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched.
All amounts are in either DKK, Euro or dollars. Amount is incl. VAT.
Goddess Blanket uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Delivery
Goddess Blanket is a Danish company that ships globally from Denmark.
We deliver on all weekdays from Monday to Friday. When the order is placed, it is shipped within 1-3 business days.
We offer free delivery on all orders throughout Europe.
Danish delivery: In Denmark we send with DAO, and the packages are delivered within 2-4 working days to a parcel shop. This is to avoid situations where you are not at home to receive the package.
Europe delivery: We deliver throughout Europe with free shipping over 194€. Your package is delivered within 7-10 working days and is sent with DHL.
International Delivery: We ship to the US with UPS. Your package will be delivered within 7-10 business days. Please note that non-EU customers are responsible for paying customs duties. Be aware of this.
Liability and lost goods
If your package is lost or stolen during the shipping process, we will apply for an investigation with the postal company to obtain an insurance claim. This may take some time, so we ask for your patience. If you have a tracking number, please check it. If your package is marked as "delivered", contact your local post office or postal company for an investigation.
Goddess Blanket is not responsible for items that are lost or for covering shipping costs if packages are returned due to incorrect addresses or unforeseeable circumstances. If the item is returned during the shipping process, a reshipping fee (the original shipping cost) will be charged.
Goddess Blanket will not be held responsible for lost packages, but if the package is returned to us, it will be reshipped (with a new shipping charge) immediately upon receipt.
Return policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 14 days at info@goddessblanket.dk or info@goddessblanket.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
You have several options for returning the item(s):
- Reject receipt of your package if you have chosen home delivery.
- Do not pick up your package at the delivery point. This will automatically return the package to us at no additional cost to you.
- Send the item(s) back to us before the expiry of the 14-day right of withdrawal. Please note that the costs for the shipment are borne by you, and we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
Once we have received your returned package, we will process your return within 14 days. If you have taken advantage of free shipping on your purchase, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
Special conditions apply to intimate care products due to their intimate nature. We only offer refunds and exchanges for unopened and untried items. If the tissue paper package has been opened, the item is considered used, unless the product has been damaged during shipping in rare cases.
Refund Policy
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Please note that any shipping costs associated with returning items are not refundable.
Right of complaint
You have 2 years right of complaint from the date of purchase. If it has been more than 2 years since you bought the product, your right to complain is waived.
If you find that the item is damaged on arrival, you must immediately notify the complaint by mail through the contact form or to info@goddessblanket.dk or info@goddessblanket.com. In the message, you must clearly describe that you wish to make use of your right of complaint and send pictures of the damaged item. We then assess the damage and send you a new item at no extra cost. You are responsible for the return costs of the damaged item and if we accept that the item was damaged in transit and not due to misuse, we will resend your postage fee for sending it back.

The complaint must be sent to us no later than 14 days after receiving the order. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Discount codes
Here at Goddess Blanket, we provide exclusive discount codes to our customers. You use the code by entering it in the discount coupon code column at check-out. If you forget to use your discount code, no refund will be given. It is your own responsibility to remember to use it.
A discount code cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping or other discount coupons.

Right of withdrawal
If you have changed your mind after purchasing products in our webshop, you can cancel your order within 24 hours or before we have packed and shipped it. You do this by sending an e-mail to info@goddessblanket.dk or info@goddessblanket.com or through our contact form here on the website, and we will send you a credit memo. If we have already shipped your package, you cannot cancel the shipment of your package. You can instead not pick up your package, because then it will automatically be sent back to us at no extra cost to you (see the "Returns" section).
